- Opened, used, or tampered products will not be eligible for refunds.
2. Read Before Purchasing:
- Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.
- Eleve is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions. If you have sensitive skin, conduct a patch test before full application.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
